Tim’s estate planning practice serves a full range of clients, with an emphasis on developing relationships with his clients whereby he understands and can readily advise clients regarding the important issues in their lives. Tim applies multigenerational “inheritance trusts” and total probate avoidance techniques, asset protection, wealth management strategies, retirement and tax planning, sensitized to each client’s situation, comfort level and preferences. He is the sole shareholder of the firm founded in 1995. He has been associated with Borchers, Ware & Guglielmo, P.C. and McLane, Graf, Raulerson, & Middleton, P.A. in the recent past.

Tim and his wife, Ruth reside in Medfield, Massachusetts and have been blessed with eight beloved children, including four by adoption. |
