He has been published in the Mass Law Review. He is a current board member of Communities for People, a non-profit with an annual budget of $14M devoted to finding community based solutions for children in need of services, including group homes, adoption, and foster care. He is a former board member of the Stoughton JCC and former Boston University Moot Court judge.

Attorney Dubinsky has been married to his wife Elise for 25 years, and has two college age children. He enjoys George Carlin style humor, music with a funky edge, and spending time with his family.
