Will joined Borchers Trust Law as an associate in 2017.  He serves clients in probate, estate, and trust administration.  He also prepares estate tax returns and estate and trust accountings and advises those appointed to serve as a Personal Representative or Trustee.

The loss of a loved one can be a sad and confusing time, without the added stress of the legal and tax implications.  Will simplifies these complicated legal and tax systems for his clients, and makes sure they understand the process and effectively complete the administration, ensuring their loved one’s wishes are carried out.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland in 2010, majoring in Philosophy.  He then moved to Boston to pursue a law degree, graduating from Suffolk Law School in 2013, where he helped form the Human Rights Law Society.

Will is passionate about assisting and guiding client’s administer their loved one’s estate.  He also advises clients serving as Trustee through the setup and ongoing administration of trusts.  Will has focused his practice on estate and trust administration for most of his career, and has experience drafting estate plans.  This combination gives him the ability to assist clients on all aspects of estate and trust administration and navigate the court and tax systems.

Will is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, Trusts and Estates Consortium, Boston Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association.

Will and his wife, Priya, live in Natick with their goldendoodle, Casper.  During his free time, Will enjoys playing guitar, riding his motorcycle, and travelling.
