At this Refinement Workshop, our attorneys will provide answers to questions such as:

  • WHAT IS PROBATE, and WHY IS IT worth avoiding? HOW DOES ONE AVOID PROBATE? TOTALLY?
  • IF YOU HAVE A TRUST, ARE YOUR ASSETS REALLY GOING TO YOUR HEIRS THROUGH YOUR TRUST, as you thought? Have you named BENEFICIARIES CORRECTLY on your INSURANCE, IRA AND 401(K) ACCOUNTS? How do you know? Have you learned the latest rules, techniques and options?
  • WHAT SHOULD YOU DO WITH UNIQUE ASSETS (Business interests, inheritances, unusual or valuable personal property items, out of state property, assets owned in common with others, 529 Accounts, etc.)
  • HOW DO YOU TRACK ALL ASSETS AND LET NOTHING SLIP THROUGH UNNOTICED? Learn about our Asset-Trust Organizer tool AND about our annual Review and Refinement Program.

Trust Administration Workshop - What every Trustee needs to know. Have you established a Trust and named yourself as Trustee? Have you been asked to serve as a Successor Trustee? If you answered yes to either question you will be responsible for understanding the duties, requirements and responsibilities of trust administration.

This program will provide attendees with an introduction to the trust administration process. Attendance is a must for every Trustee. We strongly encourage you to invite your Successor Trustee(s) to this workshop as well.
