Joshua Overton Joins Borchers as Associate in Estate Planning and Trust Administration

Borchers Cusano Trust Law is pleased to announce Joshua Overton has joined the firm as an Associate, focusing on all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration. Josh will advise families and individuals on settlement matters; draft and file probate, voluntary administration, and trust petitions; and assist with tax filings.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh gained experience in trust and estate law as an Associate at an estate, business, and probate firm. He also worked in trademark and intellectual property law at a business law firm and contributed to complex litigation at a civil litigation firm.

Josh earned his J.D. from University of Massachusetts School of Law, cum laude, in 2019, where he served as the Executive Articles Editor of the UMass Law Review. He also holds a B.S. from Bridgewater State University from which he graduated in 2016.

Josh is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
