With TrustCASE, we provide timely family-lawyer communication, predictable legal services. TrustCASE™ establishes a flat fee for many of the basics, and we’re innovating to come up with more predictable, flat fees where we can. Until then, most work is done on an hourly basis at this time.
Asset Trust Organizer (ATO) is a proprietary tool that identifies, organizes, and tracks ALL of your assets, and analyzes your exposure to various risks.
The steps of settling your estate with Borchers Trust Law:
- You contact us to inform us of a death.
- We email you an Estate Administration questionnaire so we can collect more information.
- We arrange the first meeting with you to discuss our step-by-step estate settlement process and provide a fee agreement.
- We remain available to you during the entire process.
