Debra Hedges to Offer Free Estate Planning Guidance for Seniors in Two Panels This September
This September, the “Aging Well” panel series returns to Norwood with back-to-back sessions, helping seniors protect and manage their estate, whether they’re just getting started or refreshing a plan they’ve had for years.
At each session, Partner Debra Hedges will break down the core components of a strong estate plan, teaching attendees how to keep their assets preserved and aligned with their wishes as they age.
She’ll be joined by three local professionals in assisted and independent living, real estate, and home remodeling, who will cover independent living options, smart downsizing strategies, maximizing a home’s value, and modifications that support aging-in-place.
- The Norwood Council on Aging will host the first panel on Monday, September 21 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Norwood Senior Center, 275 Prospect Street, Norwood, MA 02062.
- The Morrill Memorial Library in Norwood will host the second panel on Tuesday, September 22 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the library, 33 Walpole Street, Norwood, MA 02062.
