Meet Katelyn, our dedicated Drafting Paralegal, whose strong technical skills and ability to tackle any administrative challenge make her an invaluable asset to the team. Katelyn’s journey into the legal field began with her role as a Police Dispatcher at Assumption University, followed by her position as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Needham Bank.

Katelyn supports the Estate Planning team by preparing and finalizing estate planning documents, assembling signing packages, and assisting with drafting workflows to help ensure matters move smoothly and on time. She also assists with post‑signing checklists, document organization, and coordination of finalized client deliverables.

Her solid foundation in both legal and administrative duties is backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Legal Studies from UMass Lowell.

Originally from Ashland and now living in Framingham with her sister, Katelyn has a close relationship with her family. As passionate Bruins fans, Katelyn and her family rarely miss a hockey game and they love to travel, especially to tropical destinations.

Whether it’s spending time outdoors, enjoying a day on the boat, or indulging in her hobbies of crafting, reading, or woodworking, Katelyn finds joy in exploring her creativity and relaxing in nature. Her love for the outdoors and commitment to her community shine through in her involvement with the local Lake Association, where she helps keep the area’s natural beauty intact.
